Oil and natural gas are the most important sources of human energy supply. Crude oil provides 45% and natural gas 25% of the world's energy. Therefore, oil and gas are of strategic importance in the economic and political equations of the world and can play an important role in the process of international relations. Among the basic policies of consuming countries is the secure supply of energy and security of supply. Security of supply requires a stable and secure market that provides energy at a reasonable price to consumers. It is a decrease.
