This study examines risk management in financial markets and its effects. Risk and capital management can happen anywhere in the stock market. This happens when an investor buys the desired stock on the stock market. Or when the manager of a financial fund with foreign currency derivatives avoids the risk of converting balance sheet assets and liabilities into foreign currency. Financial managers also use strategies such as asset allocation, portfolio diversification, and position estimation to mitigate or effectively manage risk in the stock market. Although technical analysis of risk and capital management can provide useful information, it does not completely address an investor's concerns. In the field of behavioral finance, it has contributed to an important element in the equation of risk and capital management by showing the asymmetry of how individuals' perspectives achieve profit or loss. In the language of vision theory, an area of behavioral finance was introduced by Amos Torsky and Daniel Kahneman in 1979 to show investors hatred of their losses. Feel good, suffer pressure and unhappiness about loss. This is very important in the field of stock market psychology for managing risk and capital in financial markets.

Oil and natural gas are the most important sources of human energy supply. Crude oil provides 45% and natural gas 25% of the world's energy. Therefore, oil and gas are of strategic importance in the economic and political equations of the world and can play an important role in the process of international relations. Among the basic policies of consuming countries is the secure supply of energy and security of supply. Security of supply requires a stable and secure market that provides energy at a reasonable price to consumers. It is a decrease. The present article discusses the role of the oil and gas industry in international security from different angles.

The 21st century can be considered the world century of water and the main war of countries over the possession of world water resources. Because the Middle East and Africa region are one of the arid and water-scarce regions of the world, the countries of this region are facing a water shortage crisis. A crisis from which not coming out can cause many problems for nations. Increasing world population and increasing demand for water and food products are other reasons for the need to pay attention to water resources management activities. Macro water resources management policies, in fact, determine the relationship between development and how to use these resources with national development goals. The first step in formulating macro-policies for water resources management is to propose different options according to the limitations and comprehensive goals of water resources development and management. The principles that have been considered in the current structure of water resources management organizations, considered water resources as the main element of land management and sustainable development of the basin, which should be managed by a single organization in the natural boundaries of the catchment people's participation and cooperation is perhaps the most effective factor in the evolution of water resources management system. This partnership can be mainly considered in the two areas of investment in water resources development projects and policy impact.

The dynamic stability problem is one of the challenges that is constantly being discussed in power systems. Meanwhile, one of the most important factors which will have a direct impact on its determination is the system state estimation. To monitor the stability of the power system, one of the determinative factors is the accuracy and speed of the state estimation equations’ input data. Therefore, in this paper, the Factorized Load Flow Method was used as a method for estimating input data of the system stability analysis. In this study, factorized load flow method was presented in full details in terms of theoretical relations and simulation results, and in order to prove its performance efficiency a comparison was made between its results with the results of the Newton-Raphson method. The conducted comparisons and investigations showed that the proposed method can determine the needed inputs for state estimation with high speed and precision. The proposed method was simulated using coding environment of MATLAB software and it was shown that this idea enjoyed an appropriate quality for reducing the computational complexity and increasing the accuracy and speed of state estimation.

Coastal areas of Iran with a length of about 700 km in the north and more than 2000 km in the south with about 20% of the country's population and include a major part of social, economic, and industrial activities such as agriculture, fishing, tourism, and especially industry. Oil, gas, and petrochemicals are of great importance in various ways and have always played an important role in the development plans of the country. Given the diversity and multiplicity of natural resources and the desire and need of a large number of industries related to the use of land or coastal resources, it is necessary for sustainable development and uses and protection of marine and coastal resources, a proper management plan, and a comprehensive and integrated management plan can be implemented in these areas. Management practices in this area can be proposed in three levels of management, which include participation in planning (influencing regional programs), monitoring and monitoring, and direct management practices. Addresses the need for sustainable development in the coastal areas of Iran.

Energy has always been considered as one of the most important human needs today and many relationships and policies of a country are influenced by it or to regulate the supply and demand of energy. Therefore, governments try to provide the necessary infrastructure to regulate the two countries in the form of planned planning, while estimating their country''s energy supply and demand in the future. Reducing energy waste is one of the categories that is closely related to energy pricing policies; as the use of price tools, as one of the methods of consumption management in the world is considered a common method. However, in Iran, due to the policy without an energy subsidy program, this tool has practically lost its effectiveness. In our country, due to problems in the field of energy production, consumption, and planning, energy supply, and demand regulation is good. It does not happen that this has caused many problems such as huge energy loss in various sectors of consumption, lack of comprehensive strategy in regulating energy policies to different parts of the country, and lack of management and planning in the country. A look at the most important energy indicators of Iran and the world shows that although the primary energy consumption in the country is lower than in industrialized countries, but Iran''s "energy intensity" index is higher than in these countries.

This study investigates the feasibility of using Kerman collapsible clay excavated in an urban project as landfill liner material. Several technical requirements must be addressed for a material to be used as liners among which low hydraulic conductivity and high compressive strength are the most important. To achieve this goal, a set of laboratory tests are conducted on the prepared samples. Sample preparation is done and the soil is tested in pure form as well as in lime, bentonite and Nanoscale treated forms. Two different methods are used to determine the permeability of the specimens, falling head (with a direct method), and consolidation (with an indirect method). The results indicated that overall, the hydraulic conductivity obtained from the consolidation test is lower than those of falling head tests. The falling head method is conducted for all specimens using municipal and synthetic leachate instead of water. Samples with 0.4% Nanosilica and 8% lime under municipal waste leachate met the EPA permeability requirements. The same procedure is carried out under the synthetic leachate and the results show that only the specimen with 0.4% Nanosilica met the EPA regulation standard. The unconfined compression strength values exhibit a considerable increase in addition of lime and Nanosilica and a gradual decrease with adding bentonite. This study verifies that Kerman clay can be used as a liner material when supplemented with lime and Nanosilica.
