The growth and development of the capital market as one of the important sectors of any country's economy requires having an efficient risk management system in it. In the business world today, the need for an integrated risk management system and risk-based investment analysis has become increasingly important for the development of the capital market. So that one of the main differences between investors, both institutional and individual in the competitive world, is the adoption of correct strategies and orientations in investment and economic activities. Stock risk management is one of the most basic skill needs of any smart investor in this market. Reasonable, scientific and successful financial investment in this market requires high risk management in the stock market. But risk management is itself part of sound capital management or sound money management. To cover the risk in investing, it is best to form an investment portfolio. The results of the present study show that company value has a negative impact on stock return risk, profitability has a negative impact on company stock return risk.}, keywords = {Risk Management,capital,market,Analysis,strategy}, url = {https://www.jeires.com/article_120228.html}, eprint = {https://www.jeires.com/article_120228_553fa2cf00542bda3afa85ceb1fb73ce.pdf} } @article { author = {Amouzad Mahdiraji, Ebadollah and Sedghi Amiri, Mojtaba}, title = {Minimize Power Losses and Voltage Stability by Optimizing the Installation Location of Generators in Distributed Generation}, journal = {Journal of Engineering in Industrial Research}, volume = {2}, number = {1}, pages = {7-16}, year = {2021}, publisher = {Sami Publishing Company (SPC)}, issn = {2783-3747}, eissn = {2717-4050}, doi = {10.22034/jeires.2021.120274}, abstract = {Considering the effects of DGs on the new power system, their importance has increased in the future smart grid. The number of DG units installed on the power system is growing significantly and the technical, economical and environmental effects of them on the power system are being analyzed. Currently, considerable technical effects include voltage profile, power loss, quality, reliability, protection, control and stability. The most important factors which affect the technical and the environmental issues include the type, the size and the location where the DG units are installed on the power system. The location and the size of the DG unit should be optimized in order to maximize the advantages and reduce the effects of them on the power system. In some conditions, inappropriate placement can reduce the advantage and even jeopardize the general performance of the system, so finding an optimal location and size of DG units encouraged most of the researchers to investigate this area. So far most of the researches use the DGs with unity power factor in distribution systems that have stable power loads. In this paper, an attempt was made to investigate the installation location of the multiple distributed generators influenced by the changes of the load levels. In this part, we selected a suitable location to install AND investigated the results considering the load models in order to reduce the power loss of the transmission lines, reduce the voltage deviation index and reduce the cost of DG exploitation through optimize genetic algorithm.}, keywords = {multiple distributed generators,optimal siting,Power Loss,Genetic Algorithm}, url = {https://www.jeires.com/article_120274.html}, eprint = {https://www.jeires.com/article_120274_c0a8c3526d1ef7e71c336a0f78bde9c8.pdf} } @article { author = {Ayeni, Gabriel and Eleonu, Onuodu}, title = {An Augmented Agent Framework for Disaster Response in Academic Environment}, journal = {Journal of Engineering in Industrial Research}, volume = {2}, number = {1}, pages = {17-21}, year = {2021}, publisher = {Sami Publishing Company (SPC)}, issn = {2783-3747}, eissn = {2717-4050}, doi = {10.22034/jeires.2021.268611.1017}, abstract = {Academic community is a citadel environment, and needs adequate protection with responsive guard to forestall disastrous incidence or in emergency situation which may erupt by nature or human circumstance. These challenges, along with the occurrence of periods of dehydration and wetting, as well as crises caused by the failure of the supply system, transmission or distribution and widespread pollution in the system, have doubled the need to develop specific policies for monitoring and operation of the system. To achieve the above goal, it is necessary to increase the readiness of the system to deal with critical situations. The multiplicity of effective and influential components of water resources systems and the uncertainties we encounter in the modeling of these systems determine the need to further develop the necessary tools to assist in the decision-making process. Explain the framework of sustainability in water resources management. One of the most important challenges in this framework is to pay attention to uncertainties and the ability to quantify and model them. This amount of rainfall is not evenly distributed throughout the country due to lack of rainfall, except for the northern and northwestern regions and to some extent in the west of the country, there are fewer permanent rivers. There are areas in the country that are not only facing a shortage of surface water, but also their groundwater is salty. Of course, this water shortage in our country is not related to the present era, but in the past, people have faced water shortages. The existence of dams and historical dams in the country is a proof of this claim. But since in the past the level of people's expectations was low due to low living conditions, they have used water and soil resources in a coordinated manner for centuries and obtained the required water in different ways, and the problem of its scarcity has not been raised and the main problem There have been methods of exploiting it. The increasing expansion of human societies and advances in industrial fields, although they have brought special benefits, have also brought many problems to communities. One of these problems is sewage from residential areas and the activities of industrial units. Due to improper disposal of domestic and industrial wastewater has adverse effects on the environment, the more complete wastewater treatment becomes more important. Domestic wastewater and more importantly industrial wastewater due to the presence of organic and mineral materials, if discharged into the environment causes pollution of surface and groundwater and as a result reuse of water for its best use is difficult. The volume of wastewater in an industrial unit depends on factors such as the type of product, production method, tools and equipment, etc. Cattle and sheep slaughter units are among the industrial units that have a relatively high volume of sewage and very severe pollution. At present, in most cities of Iran, there is a slaughterhouse for slaughtering cattle and sheep. Sewage from these slaughterhouses is mostly discharged to wells, rivers, abandoned canals without the slightest treatment, and in the best case, the sewage is discharged into the environment after passing through a simple sedimentation pond. In addition to mineral and organic pollution occurring in this way, there is the spread of common diseases between humans and livestock through the disposal of sewage from slaughterhouses due to non-compliance with health issues.}, keywords = {Sewage,Environment,Pollution,Water,Industry}, url = {https://www.jeires.com/article_127083.html}, eprint = {https://www.jeires.com/article_127083_a585e2b802a98ef38113f9685bb7d28d.pdf} }
