Given the diversity and multiplicity of natural resources and the desire and need of a large number of industries related to the use of land or coastal resources, it is necessary for sustainable development and uses and protection of marine and coastal resources, a proper management plan, and a comprehensive and integrated management plan can be implemented in these areas. Management practices in this area can be proposed in three levels of management, which include participation in planning (influencing regional programs), monitoring and monitoring, and direct management practices.
